Pull-Apart Bread
A warm, buttery, and cheesy sourdough pull-apart bread that’s perfect for sharing! Serve it as an appetizer, snack, or alongside your favorite soup.
INGREDIENTS
1 loaf of sourdough bread (unsliced)
½ cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
1 cup shredded mozzarella 🧀
½ cup grated Parmesan
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)
Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the bread: Using a serrated knife, cut a grid pattern into the bread, making 1-inch slices without cutting all the way through.
Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the bread: Gently pull apart the sections and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese between the slices.
Drizzle with garlic butter, making sure it seeps into the cuts.
Wrap loosely in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
